Culture Credit - Account and Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and provide options for you to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Delete your account from within the app

If you have access to the app, you can delete your account directly by following these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings → Delete My Account and Data
  3. Enter your email address associated with the account to confirm your choice.
  4. Confirm your choice

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

If you can’t access the app

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, you can request data deletion by contacting us at:

Please include the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate and delete your data.

Processing time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
